Kandji 'Passport Password Sync' Popup
Please follow these instructions when seeing the popup below:

You will need to reset your Office 365 password
Sign into your Office 365 account - microsoft365.com. You will be prompted to reset your password at the time of login

If you are already logged into Office 365,
You can click into your icon on the top right of the screen
Click 'View Account'
Click into “Password“
You will be able to reset your password within this window
When your password has been reset, type that new password in the “Identity Provider Password“ field then hit “OK“
At this point, the pop up should go away and that updated password should be your current password on your device

You will want to make sure you restart your device after the popup has gone away
When your laptop loads up, you should be able to use your new updated password on both logins
If you have completed the steps above and the popup is not taking your updated password please submit a ticket to IT - https://servicedesk.nextworld.net/
